Jerry is in-network with select insurance plans, and can provide a superbill for out-of-network clients upon request. Please note: It is the responsibility of the client to coordinate with their insurance provider for coverage, copay, deductibles, etc, prior to scheduling first appointment.
STANDARD SESSION RATES
$160 per 50-minute, individual therapy session
SLIDING FEE SCALE
A reduced-rate sliding scale is available for uninsured clients. Eligibility and fee adjustments are discussed individually during your initial consultation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a late-cancellation fee.
