" I’ve worked with Jerry Woodards for over 3 years, and I can honestly say the impact of our work together has been life changing. Jerry has been a steady, compassionate presence in my life. He is thoughtful, skilled, and deeply present, helping me untangle what I’m carrying. Jerry creates a safe space where I can be fully honest, and helps me understand patterns without shame. I feel respected, never judged, and consistently supported in a way that’s both kind and effective. Jerry helped me create realistic plans, and guided me through difficult transitions, while challenging me in ways that led to real growth. Highly recommend."

“Jerry is down to earth and easy to talk to. It usually takes me a long time to warm up to and build trust with a therapist, but not with Jerry. He can be subtle or direct--depending on the situation--in helping me take action to make my circumstances better. Jerry has helped me make significant improvements in my personal life and marriage since I started seeing him. He is easy to schedule with and has been flexible when needed.”

"I was diagnosed with major clinical depression, anxiety, and CPTSD at 27; I am now 52. When I first started working with Jerry three years ago, I hated even walking the half block to my mailbox alone. Any time I was given the 'homework' of going out somewhere, my first question was always, 'Can I at least take a dog with me?' Now I am operating a booth at two separate local farmers' markets, selling my handmade goods, on my own.
My current life journey is not the one I had envisioned, and my living situation is less than ideal. With Jerry's help, I have learned new coping skills and how to set firm boundaries with the people in my life who would normally have pushed me past my emotional limits. He made me comfortable from the very first time I spoke to him, and has always been there any time I needed extra support, but if I am being honest, the #1 reason I chose him from the start was that he could see through the BS answers I gave just to appease him, and demanded that I be real. When you have been in therapy for half your life, it becomes easier to learn all the 'right' things to say, but Jerry wasn't so easily fooled."
